Equipment that is returning to SFC Energy for repair, calibration, or general maintenance requires proper RMA paperwork created. To have this completed, simply submit an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
Item Description (Model & Serial Numbers)
Details of Failure
Your Contact Information
A ticket will be created for your request and the paperwork will be emailed out shortly thereafter. The RMA paperwork will contain all pertinent information including a unique RMA number, the shipping instructions, as well as the terms associated to the request.
Alternatively, a ticket request can be requested directly from our support portal by clicking on the "New Support Ticket" tab on the top, right side of the screen.
