Equipment that is returning to SFC Energy for repair, calibration, or general maintenance requires proper RMA paperwork created. To have this completed, simply submit an email to with the following information:

A ticket will be created for your request and the paperwork will be emailed out shortly thereafter. The RMA paperwork will contain all pertinent information including a unique RMA number, the shipping instructions, as well as the terms associated to the request. 

Alternatively, a ticket request can be requested directly from our support portal by clicking on the "New Support Ticket" tab on the top, right side of the screen.
